Staff was very informative and upbeat. Second time we stayed and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff tended to the room and refreshed everything. We were there during the Balloon & Wine Festival. The staff offered to take us down towhere the Balloon were launching, nice offer! We caught a great 50% off bottle night at the restaurant. Place was lively and the bartenders were great. We had a great stay.

The beds are great, rooms are spacious and new, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast; the location is fantastic with easy access to beautiful hikes, Aspen, and other ski resorts.

The staff was the most welcoming and never hesitated at any request. We had a problem with our tv and they came right up and fixed it. We tried to give him a tip and refused it. Getting to and from the hotel was so nice and easy. The new pool and hot tub is something to be proud of! Thanks a bunch! Heidi LaDuke
